In a “Before COVID” world, so much of the time office support and job incentives have been characterized by the perks and free accesses that employees have been granted simply by accepting a position. Workplace gaming areas, free food and drink and tickets to all sorts of events have been both a new norm as well as a half-joke, depending on the person.
A Post COVID world seems to have shifted their idea of what can be defined as “Workforce Wellness.” Suddenly, these perks aren’t quite the perks they seemed as reality and very real needs and requirements stand out under pressure.
