One of my favorite books of all time is, “Learned Optimism” by Martin Seligman, PhD.
An “oldie but a goodie”, I can’t tell you how many copies of this paperback I have purchased and them ended up giving away. What I like about it is that the research is so compelling for the “optimism advantage”, and this book actually tells you how you can increase your level of optimism, (rather than just telling you why it’s good), in specific and useful ways.
